The Greater Cleveland George Cron Golf Classic (The GC3) is an annual Cleveland golf tournament held as a tribute to fathers and the important role they play in their families and local communities. The production of this outing takes much coordination between event hosts, sponsors, and family and friends who make it a success each year.

Event Details
This Father's Day Weekend Cleveland Golf Tournament has seen consistent growth since it began in 2021. Join us Saturday, June 14 to celebrate Dads and the families they support.
The tournament is named for George Cron, a local passionate golfer who played the game actively until his passing November 2021. George was a great example of a family leader, loving father, and inspiring grandfather who shared his love of golf with family and friends for over 50 years.
A Cleveland favorite, Slyman's Tavern food truck is back again to serve up fresh turkey, pastrami, and their "World Famous Corned Beef" sandwiches during "George's 19th Hole" outing dinner. View the event details link below for an overview of the GC3's full day activities.
Built in 1991, Challenge Golf Course was the first golfing facility in the nation designed specifically for individuals with significant physical challenges and are undergoing rehabilitative therapy. Proceeds from the GC3 benefit the Akron-based organization.
